19. The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017)

Synopsis: Steven Murphy, a surgeon, takes an awkward teenage boy, Martin, under his wing. But things get worse for the Murphys when they find out that Martin has a sinister agenda of his own.
18. Midsommar (2019)

17. A Ghost Story (2017)

15. Everything Everywhere All At Once (2022)

14. Love Lies Bleeding (2024)

Synopsis: Lou is a reclusive gym manager who falls hard for Jackie, an ambitious bodybuilder who’s heading to Las Vegas to pursue her dream. Their love soon leads to violence as they get pulled deep into the web of Lou’s criminal family.

13. The Iron Claw (2023)

Cast: Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, Harris Dickinson, Maura Tierney, Stanley Simons, Holt McCallany, Lily James
Synopsis: Tells the story of the Von Erich brothers as they make history in the highly competitive world of professional wrestling in the early 1980s. Through tragedy and triumph, the brothers seek larger-than-life immortality on the biggest stage in sports.

12. Hereditary (2018)

Synopsis: After her mother passes away, Annie and the rest of the family are grief-stricken. Soon, strange things start occurring and the horrifying truth about Annie’s ancestry begins to come to light.
11. Good Time (2017)

Dir: Josh Safdie, Benny Safdie
Cast: Robert Pattinson, Benny Safdie, Buddy Duress, Taliah Lennice Webster, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Barkhad Abdi
Synopsis: After a robbery goes wrong, Connie’s younger brother Nick is arrested and sent to prison. Desperate to get him out, Connie does everything he can to pay Nick’s bail.

Excellent list once again of the best A24 movies. I definitely agree with your choices many of which are my favorite films of all-time. However, the film that stands out the most to me is “The Iron Claw”. I have never been an avid fan of the wrestling world, so I went into this movie unsure whether I would enjoy it. I was so pleased to discover that it wasn’t really about wrestling as it was the strong bonds between brothers. The story of the Von Enrich brothers’ strong bond over wrestling really moved me. It brought back memory of my unbreakable bond with my brother. Given how much I loved the film, I was shocked when it didn’t get a single Oscar nomination. It was completely ignored by the Academy Awards. So, thanks for including this film on the list. Here’s why I loved it:

I’m really enjoying this list – and based on a few of the titles on this one, I can’t wait to see the top ten…again, this company has really delivered some unique cinema!
