Academy Award Shortlists

Just one month away from the Academy Award nominations, AMPAS have announced the shortlists for a handful of categories including: sound; score; international film; and Visual Effects. This will be an indicator as to what films may be appearing on voters ballots in a months time. There are anticipated inclusions for Oscar frontrunners: “Barbie”, “Oppenheimer”, Poor Things” and “Killers of the Flower Moon”, which will further strengthen their chances with the voters.
