To quote the fictional law enforcement officer Judge Dredd, “I am the Law”.

Having appeared in comic books for almost 50 years and famously brought to the big screen in 1995 by Sylvester Stallone, and more impressively so by Karl Urban in the criminally underappreciated Dredd in 2012.

Along with RoboCop, Dredd will always be remembered as one of the all time bad-ass officers of the law in fiction.
