With the 96th Academy Awards behind us, it is time to look ahead to the 97th ceremony taking place in 2025. Here at DanLovesFilm I believe it can never be too early to get your predictions out and is usually quite interesting to see how my predictions may change over the course of 12 months.
So with very little to off other than release dates of potential Awards friendly titles, on top of a couple of possible players that have been released already, here are my way-to-early Best Picture predictions for 2025.

Great predictions for the upcoming year! While it’s too early to tell for sure, I have a strong feeling Dune Part Two is going to perform exceptionally well. I have yet to see the movie but loved the first Dune. It’s worth noting the first film also racked multiple nominations including best picture. Here’s why I loved the original film:
